Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).

In a pan, heat olive oil and cook the ground beef until browned. Add salt and pepper.

In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, and half of the Parmesan cheese.

Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Layer 3 lasagna noodles, half of the beef, half of the ricotta mixture, and a layer of mozzarella cheese.

Repeat the layers, finishing with marinara sauce and remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly.
