Dairy
- Milk → Oat/almond/coconut milk (1:1)
- Butter → Coconut oil or olive oil (3/4 amount)
- Heavy cream → Full-fat coconut cream
- Sour cream → Greek yogurt (1:1)
Eggs
- 1 egg → 1 tbsp ground flax + 3 tbsp water (wait 5 min)
- 1 egg → 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1 egg → 1/2 mashed banana
Flour
- All-purpose → 1:1 gluten-free blend
